I ordered a burger from Mall of the south rocamamas via uber eats. I was in a meeting but took my phone with to track my order. Order arrived earlier and missed that notification Urber guy don’t call me and went back with my order(I’m diabetic and only eat after 12:00, take the insulin just before eating). Tried to call him but couldn’t get through and managed to get through to the shop, Nkululeko the manager assisted and offered to pay for petrol for my order to be returned.. this was after two hours( a win is a win)My burger was delivered and my burger saved my starving self who was grumpy. Thank you for turning my negative experience to a positive one!
