My previous experiences was awesome. Today the food was yet again on point. The waitress not supposed to be working with people. She was impatient taking our order and her attitude left alot to be desired. Ill think twice coming to eat in when she is there. The place wasn't packed .She brought me the wrong sauce and gave me attitude. I asked for wetwipes she ignored me. Had to go to the bathroom to wash my hands.

Love rocomamas and this location has improved a lot since they moved downstairs. I wish they would make their Belgian chocolate milkshakes a bit more chocolatey as mine was mostly vanilla in the middle, but their burgers are spectacular. Nice caramalisation on the smash patties.

I waited long for someone to ask for my order. After about 30-40 minutes a waitress came up and served me. There were about 4 waitresses just standing at the entrance. Other then that my food was good.

Best service ever. Other top notch restaurants can’t compare. Charmaine was THE BEST waitress we have ever had the honour of receiving service from! She had a pleasant, friendly and warm demeanour. We were a party of 10 and our orders were received timeously and perfect! Take note management! She’s a keeper!

First time going to rocomamas Baywest since they moved downstairs. I never went back to them while they were upstairs due to multiple bad experiences. Always rather went to Summerstrand branch. But this time Baywest surprised me. From service, to the food. Visited on a Friday evening, from order till when we got our food was 7 minutes! I couldn't believe it. Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing food.
